Introducing a line of custom PVC parts, labels, and more through an exclusive partnership with Flexsystems USA Inc.^® The goal of this addition is to add to MMI’s product line, and continue to sell more products that are Made in the USA.

This line of custom products includes Berry Compliant VELCRO® backed military patches, VELCRO® cuff tabs, 2D PVC patches and labels, morale patches, zipper pulls, flame resistant parts, and more! The options available are numerous and can be customized to meet many sizes, shapes, logos, and colors.

Custom Zipper Pulls

We can design custom shapes and sizes. The material is a medical grade USA made resin. This material was originally created for the medical industry - used to make human heart catheters. It passes Prop. 65 and is phthalate free, BioCorn based, REACH compliant, RoHS compliant, and will pass USP TYPE VI and cytotoxicity testing. This material can also be custom blended to meet most ASTM standards.

Woven Hook Patch

As an alternative to embroidery, woven parts offer more detail options. They have a smooth surface area versus the raised area with embroidery. Pantone color matching is offered or a swatch can be sent for custom color matching. Hook can either be sewn on or heat sealed to the woven area.

Custom 2D Tabs

A popular item - you can get creative with the type of design and the shape of the part. The more texture you add to certain areas, the easier it is to grab on to. Hook is heat sealed to the back of this part – which creates a very secure bond. These tabs can be used for jackets, gloves, bags, medical braces and various other types of products that require a hook and loop bond.

FR Cuff Tabs

This custom blended material meets the UL94VO requirement for flame resistance. The hook used on the back meets flame resistant requirements as well. The texture on these tabs is built into the mold. There is quite a bit of detail that can be incorporated into a design that other decoration methods cannot achieve. Custom designs and sizes can be created to meet your logo requirements.

Side Seam Labels

Instead of woven labels, you can opt to use a 2d side seam label. This will last longer than woven and enable your product to stand out as well! The BioCorn material used in this part is eco-friendly and will last a very long time. It can withstand heat, cold, and will not fade or peel.

Smart Label

This sequential and variable data label can be sewn on, and in some cases, it can be heat sealed on.  The durable BioCorn material protects the interior data information. The customer can keep track of their inventory, maintain records for lost or damaged items, digitize information that is critical to an organization, and more! Variable QR codes, pictures, names, numbers and any other data that you want to use - can easily be done.

FR Labels

This custom blended UL94VO material is often called out for uniform, glove, jacket, hat and inseam labels. The parts are easy to sew on and do not perforate. Pantone matching is offered or a swatch can be sent for custom color matching. On the back of the part to assist with sewing, a tacking adhesive, or heat seal backing, or an aggressive 3M adhesive can be added.
