5 Simple Answers to Your Fabric Questions

Let’s take a minute to answer some of the questions we most often hear at MMI!

1.What is the lead time?

Wouldn’t it be great if we could give you an easy answer? The truth is that lead times do vary tremendously depending on what you need to get. We know that a lead time can be crucial to the buying process, so we always do our best to make the process as quick and seamless as possible.

2.Do you own your own dye houses?

 The easy answer to this one is no. MMI has been hugely successful for decades doing what we do best. We have established and strong relationships with dye houses across the globe that make your life easier when it comes to ordering fabric.

3.What is the minimum?

 It varies! Depending on the fabric and the details of the fabric, your minimums will change. Don’t forget to call and ask us about what we have on special or our current closeouts!

4.Are we able to spread out shipments on custom fabrics?

 You bet! We will produce and hold fabrics for our customers for up to 90 days after the goods are ready to ship! We will need to know this in advance so that we can quote accordingly to allow for this. You are our priority, always.

5.Do you offer products made in the USA?

Yes, yes, and yes. We are proud to offer so many various things that are produced in America. We offer fabric, hardware, and labels that are made in America. Our military stock is almost entirely berry compliant. If you want to know if the fabric you need is produced domestically, call our team so that we can give you the most accurate information.
