We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives, sample program, and event preparation efforts. This role combines creative marketing work with hands-on operational support, including sample coordination, tradeshow preparation, and inventory organization.

The ideal candidate has marketing experience, strong computer skills, Canva proficiency, and is comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage priorities with minimal supervision, and confidently take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Duties/Responsibilities are as follows:

Sample Making, Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management

Cutting, labeling, and assembling fabric swatches or sample cards for internal teams and customer requests.
Maintain an organized and accessible sample storage area to ensure samples are easily located and utilized.
Coordinate domestic and international sample shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery of materials.
 

Marketing & Content Support

Assist with content creation, including social media, email marketing, product/sample materials, and website updates
Support campaign execution and product launches
Organize and maintain marketing assets and collateral

Tradeshow & Event Support

Prepare marketing materials, displays, and product samples for tradeshows and industry events
Pack, ship, and track event shipments
Assist with post-show organization and material returns

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay productive with minimal supervision
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist with a variety of marketing and operational tasks as business needs evolve
• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
• Able to lift and move materials weighing 30+ lbs

Minimum qualifications and experience requirements:

• 0-2 years of marketing experience required (entry-level candidates with internships or project experience in marketing will be considered)
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required)
• Proficiency with Canva for creating and editing social media content, website graphics, and other branded digital assets.
• Experience creating content across print, social media, photography, and video platforms is a plus.
