PVC Coated Polyester: (Both Domestic and Import)

·         Standard weights of 10oz. up to 40oz. in several stock color

·         61.25” width on 110 yard rolls

Flame Retardant PVC Coated Polyester (Import)

·         Our flame retardant PVC coated fabrics meets the stringent requirements imposed by the State of California Fire Marshall, NFPA 701, ASTM E84, FAR 25.853, and FMVSS 302.

·         Standard weights of 18oz. in 61.25” and 20.5oz. in 61.25” and 123”

·         Put up on 110 yard rolls

PVC Laminated Polyester:

·         BondCote manufactures a line of flame retardant PVC laminated fabrics. These products meet the stringent requirements imposed by the State of California Fire Marshall, NFPA 701, FAR 25.853, and FMVSS302.

·         Standard weights of 10oz., 13oz. and 18oz. in several stock colors

·         61” width on 100 yard rolls

TufMesh- PVC Coated Woven Polyester Mesh

·         Tufmesh is PVC coated woven polyester especially designed for the truck cover and tarp industry. Also suited for other markets like fencing and recreational / athletic applications. Stocked in 10oz./sq.yd. with a construction of 11 x 11, 840 denier in various colors and widths up to 120" wide.

PVC Coated Weft Inserted Polyester Mesh

·         BondCote manufactures a line or weft inserted mesh products for tennis windscreens, tarps, playground equipments and various other applications.

·         Available in: 1000D 9x9 in 60” and 72”widths; 1000D 9x12 in 57” and 75” widths; 1000D 18x12 in 57” widths

·         Many stock colors available and are put up on 100 to 150 yards per roll

Pool Covers

·         BondCote manufactures a line of 12oz./sq.yd. solid vinyl laminated fabrics specifically formulated for pool cover applications and have high UV and mildew resistance. We also manufacture superior 10 oz. vinyl coated polyester designed to have better dimensional stability and much higher tear and tensile strengths than laminated fabrics.

·         12/13oz. Laminated Blue and Green in 73” width on 100 yard rolls

·         10oz. Coated Green in 61.25” and 73” widths on 100 yard rolls

Easy Patch

·         Easy Patch™ is a line of fabrics for “NO HASSEL” patching and repair. Made out of BondCote's PVC coated and laminated fabrics, the products utilize a self adhering, peel off adhesive.

·         Stock Colors: White, Gray, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Black

Slitting
