Our employees are what make MMI a special place to work. We all have different backgrounds and personalities, but each team member has a passion for the work that they do. So you can get to know each of our team members, we are starting an Employee Spotlight series here on our blog. Each team member will share a bit about themselves and answer a few fun questions!

1. What three traits define you?
Adventurous, Creativity, and Determination.
2. What is your personal philosophy?
In the words of the great Kevin Cronin “If you’re tired of the same old story, then turn some pages” - We all live in our minds, I believe the story of our existence is our attempt to bring that life in to reality.
3. What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?
4. What is your greatest fear?
I try to live without fear, fear can keep you from achieving goals and dreams. But those dang “flying monkeys” from the Wizard of Oz are pretty scary.
5. Where is your favorite place to be?
With family and friends
6. What is your favorite thing to do?
If you’re with people you care about you really don’t have to do anything, sharing your experiences with those you love…that’s the good stuff.
7. What does true leadership mean to you?
The ability to raise those up that you lead, to have them succeed. In my past leadership roles, I have personally judged my success by the ability of those I lead to step in and take my place. If they can do that then I have done my job well.
8. Which one would you want most - flying cars, robot housekeepers, or moon cities?
Flying cars of course.
9. What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
When you’re up in the bottom of the 8th that third pitch is gonna be a slider, if you miss keep your chin up, remember Babe Ruth held the record for strikeouts too!
10. Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
