Labels
MMI Textiles offers both domestic and imported labels that can be printed or woven depending on your needs.
Custom labels can be produced in 3 to 4 weeks and we will create a stock program for your custom labels with a blanket order. This allows you to capitalize on better pricing and eliminates the hassles of accidentally forgetting to order your labels, causing product line shutdown for a relatively small piece of your product.
Printed
We can print on ribbons, elastics, webbing, virtually any material – natural or man made such as cotton, poly-cotton, plastics, vinyl, canvas, etc. Including labels printed on certified organic cotton.
Woven
We can weave labels from Taffeta, Satin, Damask, Cotton, High Definition (most detailed), acrylic, and others. The minimums on woven labels are generally 1,000 pcs and up with a minimum order of $300. The lead time is typically 2 to 3 weeks.
Note: Minimums for labels are generally 5,000 pcs and up but we can do smaller runs with a set up fee. As a general rule for printed labels, just like anything else you purchase that is printed (paper, business cards), the more we produce the cheaper your price will be. Also the larger the label is, generally the minimum is smaller.
To get started, simply send us an art file with graphics and dimensions and ask for a quote. We will usually ask you where the label will be and what other special requirements you may have so that you get exactly what you need.

Custom PVC Labels
Through a partnership with Flexsystems USA Inc.®, we offer a line of Made in the USA/Berry Compliant PVC labels.
Including: Side Seam Labels, Smart Labels, FR Labels, and more. The options available are numerous and can be customized to meet sizes, shapes, logos, and colors that fit almost any design need.
These products can also be engineered with BioCorn and other recycled materials to make them more environmentally-conscious.
Frequently Asked Questions
Since labels are custom and require us to set a machine up to produce any qty, we can only provide a paper proof for printed label orders; we can provide actual samples of woven labels on a first article approval basis only when accompanied with a production order.
Generally, new label orders with artwork for approval require a 3 to 4 week lead time. If it’s a repeat order, usual turnaround time is a couple weeks.
Not necessarily. It depends on the definition you need and, of course, quantity. A lot of times our woven labels will come back less expensive than printed.
We can provide woven and printed labels from your basic two-tone label up to the highest quality labels. We will work with you to make sure that the quality of your label is just what you had in mind!
Yes. Upon blanket order placement only. As labels are completely custom, based on your projections, we are happy to keep additional inventory here in our office to avoid any future shortages.
